Delivery
Since each item is made to order, it takes 3-5 business days for us to create and prepare your purchase for shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. In total, your order might take around 7-10 days to reach you from the date of placing the order.
If you’d like to receive your order on a particular date, you can email us at support@tanandtrop.com. Charges may be applicable.
Standard shipping is free on orders over INR 2000.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
Shipping address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
