  • HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?

  • ARE THERE DELIVERY CHARGES?
    Delivery charges depend on the location and you can view it during checkout. We provide free shipping throughout India on orders above INR 2000.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking details of your order. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
    No, currently we do not ship internationally.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT COD?
    Yes, we accept cash on delivery. 
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    In case of any cancellation, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would depend on the status of the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges and Returns

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, you can exchange your garments within 7 days of making the purchase. Please ensure that the garments are not used, have all the packaging tags, and are in the original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will review and process the exchange.
